Who Is the Holy Spirit?

The Holy Spirit is not a force or a feeling. He is a Person - the Comforter Jesus promised would never leave us.

"But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you. " - John 14:26

The Helper

"The Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things" (John 14:26).

The Indwelling God

He takes up residence in every believer - the Spirit of the Most High living inside ordinary people.

The Guarantee

His presence is the seal and down-payment of our inheritance until Christ returns.

A Prayer

Spirit of the Most High, fill what is empty in me and quiet what is restless. Amen.
